About the Position

As the Platform Product Manager, you will own execution of LifeLink's platform roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the Platform vision and roadmap to best achieve the company's strategic goals.
  • Define the ways that LLMs and Agentic AI is to be incorporated into the Platform to enable compliant healthcare conversations.
  • Develop key metrics to guide decisions and measure success for individual projects and for the Platform as a whole.
  • Turn broadly defined projects into tangible requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate project statuses, decisions, and roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct direct user research and customer needs discovery.
  • Collaborate with design on feature mockups.
  • Manage competing engineering and design priorities.
  • Manage and approve the platform release ensuring stability of platform and new features.
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure successful delivery of solutions for customers.
  • Facilitate and help evolve agile team processes: project inceptions, iteration planning meetings, weekly retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Report directly to the CTO.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Design.
  • 2+ years of software product management experience and working with technical teams.
  • Mature communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of bringing delightful, powerful, and compelling AI solutions to market.
  • An ability to understand technical discussions about architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Fluent at using commercially available best-of-breed AI tools to help with the Product management role.
  • Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies, ideally in an Extreme Programming (XP) or similar style process.
  • A strong grasp of user research and hypothesis-driven design.
  • An ability to define and prioritize product features in a complex technical and business context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate anything from technical requirements to customer desires to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization skills.

Preferred (nice-to-have) Qualifications

  • Prior experience in software engineering, design, or customer success.
  • A background in digital health design or prior experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience designing or shipping conversational interfaces.
