About the Position

Solutions Consultants are responsible for helping our prospects and customers understand how to use Lifelink Systems to accomplish their most ambitious engagement goals. You will:

  • Partner with Sales to communicate our value proposition to executives at the world’s top provider systems and pharmaceutical companies (e.g. CIOs, Chief Digital Officers)
  • Develop and deploy financial ROI models to prioritize use cases and illustrate customer value
  • Translate prospect needs into actionable product requirements and implementation plans
  • Build close working relationships with our customers and strategic partners
  • Become the subject matter expert on our solutions (e.g. demos, capabilities, case studies)

Required Skill Set

  • 5+ years work experience in a results-oriented, external-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and presentation experience
  • Strong project and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Financial modeling or management consulting
    • Pre-sales consulting or sales engineering
    • Digital health (SaaS) or on-the-ground experience managing teams for a hospital system, trial sponsor, or therapy hub
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience)

Other Skills that will Impress Us

  • Technical fluency (you might not code, but you can speak intelligently about APIs)
